Some business are competitive by their very nature: marketing, property management, and security are prime examples. Month on month, they experience a high client turnover. Clients become dissatisfied with the return on their investment so they switch to a different service provider.
I've come up with a way of staunching this haemorrhaging of revenue so that the business retains its client base while expanding upon it. This proven method of analysis has saved one organisation upwards of R40 million a year. It's the only way to really grow a business.
Of course, this doesn't happen overnight. It can take a couple of months, depending on how accurate and complete the company's records. Sometimes the company needs to revise its processes in this regard, but it's neither difficult or costly, and the end-result is well worth it.
