Lodging

The Village at Squaw Valley, an all condominium resort, has set aside a room block of 1-bedroom suites at a nightly rate of $179 plus tax and resort fee. Some Mountain View units are also available at $189/night plus tax and resort fee. All 1-bedroom units come with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living area. To access the conference rate, please call the Village directly at (888) 767-1907 and reference "ACTC 2020" when making your reservation. The Village does not offer an online reservation system at the conference rate. Discounted room rates are available at the Village for two days before and two days following the conference should you wish to take further advantage of the beautiful setting.

Housing for students and post-doctoral scholars is offered at a pre-paid flat rate of $95/night/person in shared condominium units at the Village and a neighboring property, the Squaw Valley Lodge. Reserve and pay for student and post-doc housing on the registration page. All units house 3-4 people in differing configurations of sleeping arrangements. Roommate requests will be honored to the greatest extent possible. Unfortunately partial stays cannot be accommodated.
