全荷学联是受中国驻荷兰使馆认可，并且代表全荷兰范围内中国留荷学生学者权益的唯一合法组织。全荷学联是在荷兰学习，进修的中国公派和自费留学人员(本科生，研究生，进修人员，访问学者，高级访问学者及项目交流、合作科研人员) 的群众性组织。其目的在于自我教育，自我管理，自我服务，维护留学人员的合法权益。通过开展各项有益的活动，丰富留学人员的生活；增进留学人员之间的友谊和相互了解，加强团结；鼓励留学人员互相学习，为国服务。同时向荷兰朋友宣传中华民族的文化历史，促进中荷友好。

PNN is the over-arching representative organ of all Dutch PhD candidates.

• PhD Network Utrecht

Prout is the PhD Network of Utrecht University, run by a group of enthusiastic voluntary PhD representatives from all graduate schools of the university.

• Utrecht PhD Party

UPP is a University Council party at Utrecht University. It is our mission to represent PhD candidates, to protect their rights and to improve the quality of the PhD experience. This is not only in their best interest, but improves the quality of research and education of the whole university. We currently have two seats in the council.

ESN Utrecht is a non-profit international student organisation. Our mission is to represent international students, thus provide opportunities for cultural understanding and self-development under the principle of Students Helping Students.

The VSNU represents the shared interests of the fourteen research universities in the Netherlands in the fields of research, education, knowledge transfer, funding, personnel policy and international affairs.

NWO financies thousands of researchers at univerisities and research institutes and drives Dutch research with funding and programmes.

• Royal Netherlands Academy of Arts and Sciences

As the forum, conscience, and voice of the arts and sciences in the Netherlands, the Academy promotes quality in science and scholarship and strives to ensure that Dutch scholars and scientists contribute to cultural, social and economic progress. As a research organisation, the Academy is responsible for a group of outstanding national research institutes. It promotes innovation and knowledge valorisation within these institutes and encourages them to cooperate with one another and with university research groups.

The Digitaal Album Promotorum (Dutch) is a database that strives to encompass all theses written by Utrecht University PhD candidates since 1636 until the present day.
