ADVANCED COMPUTING FOR SOCIAL CHANGE

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FELLOWS

The Advanced Computing for Social Change Community Development Fellows program is an intimate community of practice of faculty who are committed to educating and engaging students to actively participate in advancing society by scaffolding and employing computational and humanistic skills into the curriculum. Over a 6 month period, the ACSC Community Development Fellows will have the opportunity to connect with others in the field who are employing computing and educational methodologies toward social change. The Fellows are members of higher education academic communities and interested in growing their technical and pedagogical practices to include themes such as: Social Justice, Culturally and Socially Relevant Computing, Social Sciences, Data Science and more.
