Application for events and leasing...
We will have an onside dumpster with weekly trash removal, port a potty until plumbing is installed. Each shop will have their own meter box, tenants will be responsible for their own utilities, fixtures and renovations. Plans must be submitted with application.
Our busy season is coming and with all the new construction in the area looking forward to a busy year. Lets make it happen this year.
