Entering 2026 yard sale season, our struggles to getting this project running are real.  Planning and zoning is a nightmare.  Hoping to add electric hook up for 3 food trucks or venders.  We will be working out of the big barn and making artwork out of the front building till we can find a structural engineer willing to work with us.
