• Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month during the school year at 6:30 p.m. with an optional tour of the school site beginning at 6:00 p.m. 

• Based on agreement with ACPS leadership, meetings are not open to the public, just to appointed Officers and Representatives.

• Meeting minutes and summaries sent out to schools are shared here.
