Meetings are held the 3rd Wednesday of each month during the school year at 6:30 p.m. with an optional tour of the school site beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Based on agreement with ACPS leadership, meetings are not open to the public, just to appointed Officers and Representatives.

At each of our meetings and by request, we advise ACPS on issues that matter to families. In addition, we sometimes make a deeper commitment to change.
