By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
1. Order Acceptance
We only accept orders once they have been properly reviewed and confirmed by us.
We reserve the right to reject orders if:
1. The book becomes unexpectedly out of stock.
2. The book was mispriced due to an error on our part.
2. Pre-Order Payment Terms (Installment Option)
A 50% down payment is required upon placing your order.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid once the books arrive in the Philippines.
For book sets or books priced at PHP 1,000 and above, we may require a 60% down payment to secure your order.
Payment reminders will be sent once the books arrive.
Full payment must be made on or before the indicated due date.
You may:
Pay the remaining balance monthly, or
Pay in advance
However, you must coordinate with us first to arrange your preferred payment schedule.
3. Pricing and Charges
We do not have hidden charges.
All posted prices already include:
1. PF (Pasabuy Fee)
2. ISF (International Shipping Fee)
4. Piling Policy
Fully Paid Books
Maximum piling period is 90 days.
After 90 days, shipment must be arranged.
Failure to ship within 90 days will incur a PHP 50 penalty per week.
Unpaid or Partially Paid Books
Can only be piled for up to 60 days.
After 60 days, a PHP 50 penalty per week will be charged.
This penalty does not include any separate late payment penalties for unpaid balances.
Long -Term Piling
Books piled for more than 5 months, whether paid or unpaid, may be disbursed and added back to our available on hand copies.
No refund will be issued.
5. Delays and Product Condition
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., supplier delays, courier issues, customs delays).
Product may have minor flaws, dents, or damages incurred during international or local transit.
We do not guarantee mint condition unless explicitly stated.
6. Return and Refund Policy
Please read carefully before placing your order.
All sales are generally final.
Down payments are non-refundable, especially for pre-order items.
Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:
If we are unable to secure your order due to supplier issues.
If the item is confirmed unavailable after payment.
If the item received is not as the same as what you ordered (for example, you ordered a sprayed edges version but received a regular copy instead).
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
Minor dents, scratches, of transit-related flaws.
Change of mind.
Delays beyond our control.
Failure to pay remaining balance within the given deadline.
Disbursed piled items beyond the 5-month maximum period.
All refund request are subject to review and verification. Proper proof (such as photos and unboxing video) may be required.
