• If the books you're looking for isn't listed, you may request a specific title.

Step 2: Ask for Availability 

• Send us a message first to confirm the availability of the book.

• Wait for our confirmation before proceeding.

Step 3: Fill Out the Order Form

• Once availability is confirmed, we will send you your Order # and Invoice.

• Use the provided Order # and Invoice details when filling out the form.

• Click the "PRE-ORDER NOW" button above.

Step 4: Send Your Order Form

• Take a screenshot of your accomplished order form.

• Send the screenshot to our Facebook page via direct message.

Step 5: Settle Your Payment 

• Complete your payment within 24 hours after submitting your order form.

Step 2: Check Book Condition

• To check the condition of a specific book, kindly send us a direct message on our Facebook page.

• We will gladly provide photos and details upon request.

Step 3: Confirm Availability & Receive Invoice

• Always ask first for the availability of the book.

• If the book is available, please wait for your invoice.

• Once you receive the invoice, you may send your shipping details: (Name, Contact #, and Complete Address)

Step 4: Settle Your Payment 

• Pay the total amount including the shipping fee before the scheduled drop off.

• Orders will only be processed once payment has been confirmed.

Step 5: Receive Tracking Number

• Your tracking number will be sent once the drop off has been successfully completed.

• Refunds will only be provided for the following issues:

1. If the supplier send a different books.

2. If the book is sold out and no stock is available before the cut off date.

3. If there is a sudden price increase.

• Please keep in mind that we are not reliable for any delays in the shipment or the condition of the books once they arrive in the Philippines.

• Books with minor transit flaw are not eligible for a refund unless they are heavily damaged, such as water damage, torn pages, missing pages, or other damage that renders the book unreadable.

• A 70% refund will apply to heavily damaged books.

We offer a simple 50-50 payment scheme for pre-order books:

• 50% down payment is required upon placing your order.

• The remaining 50% balance can be paid once the books arrive in the Philippines.

For book sets or book priced at PHP 1,000 and above, we may require a 60% down payment 

Once the books arrive in the Philippines, we will send a payment reminder along with the due date. Please make sure to settle your balance on or before the indicated due date to avoid penalties. A PHP 20 per week will be charged for late payments.

Yes, you may pay the remaining balance monthly or in advance. However, please coordinate with us first so we can properly arrange your preferred payment schedule.

The maximum piling period is 90 days. After this period, you will be required to ship out your books.

Failure to ship your books within the 90-days period will incur a PHP 50 penalty per week until shipment is arranged.

Books that are not yet fully paid can only be piled for up to 60 days. After 60 days, a PHP 50 per week will be charged.

Please note that this penalty is separate from any applicable late payments penalties for unpaid balances.

If books remain piled for more than 5 months, whether paid or unpaid, we reserve the right to disburse them and add them back to our available on hand copies.

No refund will be issued in this case.

No, we do not have hidden charges. All prices posted are transparent.

All listed prices already include:

• PF ( Pasabuy Fee)

• ISF (International Shipping Fee)

There are no additional international charges beyond what is stated.
