Artifact 1: Below is an example of managing a school budget. This doc was created to help principals make appropriate financial choices and organize their school budget. I was able to organize and create categories to ensure that spending was appropriate. Note: the name of the school has been changed in order to protect the identity of the school.

Artifact 2: Below is a written reflection about school law and how I would handle the situation as a principal. In the scenario, I teacher is teaching through the Pledge of Allegiance, which is against school law. I write about how I would 1) Address the situation 2) Be professional 3) Explain the law further to the teacher while trying to help him improve. Due to knowledge of school law, I am able to address conflict and help guide staff in the right direction. This is one of many instances where this process can be used. (Names in the reflection are an example).
