It really depends on the amount of work. The price of coloring stays the same regardless of the number of subjects. The increase in price is for adding more subjects to color.
Two characters isn't going to double the price. If you want two characters that take up the same amount of screen that's a different story. A Full-Ass with two characters might end up being $60 instead of $100. But it again depends. **Clarification: this price example is if you want two subjects that take up roughly the same amount of canvas. If you wanted a character that was complementary or not as large, it would be obviously cheaper or inconsequential.
I don't like drawing backgrounds. This option on the menu will not have full backgrounds if you want a background. At most, half-assed background. $5-8, depending on the background.
A simple, solid color background is free. The default is white, I might change it myself if I think it looks better with pink or dark gray or something.
*If you chose Full-Ass and you want a simple floor, or like a bench the character is sitting on, whatever, I'm not charging more for that. If it's like a locker room or cafe bitro, and I have to draw stuff to make it where the character is location-wise clear and specific, I'm charging more for that.
Things that will increase the price the most is anything that increases the amount of canvas required because that is more drawing all across the board. Regardless of coloring, regardless of background, regardless of characters, and whatever else. This is, 'keep it small and the price stays small too. '
Things like text, if you want the character saying stuff, or like sound effects and stuff, that's extra.
Things like alts, I don't usually do alts for this, but if you want alts for whatever reason, that's gonna cost more.
Certain characters have complicated designs. If a character has a really annoying thing I have to draw, I'm going to charge you more for that.
I don't wanna draw the Clown from ARMS. I don't want to draw Zelda's stupid outfit from TOTK again. If you want me to draw annoying stuff I'm going to increase the price arbitrarily, Okay?
*If I add something that you didn't ask for, but you do like, I'm not going to charge you more. If I think it looks better and I just give it to you, it's free.
If you don't want it, you can ask me to remove it. E.G. Character standing, I draw a wall behind them so they aren't floating in space.
If needed, additions will be discussed in DMs or Email before sending an invoice. We will most likely discuss the terms before I send the invoice, regardless.
Hopefully, the additions you want will not cause the price of a scratched sketch to bleed over into the price range of other options which would have similar inclusions or additions, in which case you should get that instead.

You may notice the fluctuation between the amount of content featured and how detailed each image is. These are mainly just examples to show the range of quality rather than commissions previously completed in this range.
The simpler the design, the faster I can draw it, the more coloring or clean up I might do.
The more complicated the design or composition, the less time overall I might spend coloring or outlining it.
I'm willing to lower the overall quality if you want to exchange 1 decently outlined character for several shakily sketched ones.
Or not bothering with coloring and simply just having a lined sketch or something.
It's up to you.
There is once again variance in the examples shown. These examples include items that would be considered 50+ and fall within a full illustration category offered previously.
Images that have multiple subjects, backgrounds, or larger image sizes will cost more.
Images will have more detail, cleaner lines, and shading.
