The amended Constitution and By-laws of the College of Engineering Student Council states the turnover of responsibility of the collection of 100 pesos from each college based organization.
WHEREAS, the ACES JPICE NVSU SC, according to its Constitution and By-Laws, Article VI Section 1 that states "All members of the chapter shall pay the membership fee of Php 50.00 for every semester", collects membership fee every semester amounting to Php 50.00 each;
WHEREAS, the CESC, according to its Constitution and By Laws Article XI: Source and Utilization of Funds, Section 4.5 states that "ACES-JPICE Fee (Php100.00) collected from each member upon enrolment. (FIRST AND SECOND SEMESTER)", collects membership fee every semester amounting to Php 100.00 each;
WHEREAS, the CESC, according to the revised Constitution and By Laws, the responsibility for collecting the ACES-JPICE Fee will not be done by the CESC but the responsibility will be transferred to the ACES-JPICE NVSU SC.

How to pay membership fee?
Step 1: Go to the ACES-JPICE Office
Step 2: Look for treasurer/auditor/director for membership
Step 3: Pay the amount of ₱ 150.00
Step 4: Make sure to keep the receipt safe so you can present it when processing your clearance.
