The Association of Civil Engineering Students-Junior Philippine Institute of Civl Engineers Nueva Vizcaya State University Bayombong Campus (ACES-JPICE NVSU SC) is a chapter/organization of civil engineering student enrolled in NVSU-Bayombong Campus.
In 2001, the civil engineering education at Nueva Vizcaya State University took a turn for the better with the establishment of the Association of Civil Engineering Students (ACES). Ever since, the organization have always been committed to fostering academic brilliance and professional growth among its members; this made the organization become a shining star in the university community.
It was during 2019-2020 when everything changed for ACES under the leadership of Engr. Allysa Tubera. They were not afraid to try something new so they decided that year should be about growing, and eventually becoming known as ACES-JPICE (Association of Civil Engineering Students – Junior Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers). This was done by aligning themselves with the Junior Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers which provided more opportunities for them and also speed up development in all areas related to civil engineering education and practice throughout Philippines.
To sum it up, the development from being called “ACES” into becoming what is now known as “ACES-JPICE” represents a significant shift within our history which can be described using words such as expansion, flexibility – always striving towards greatness. As we continue to grow in this field where situations may change at any given time or place; we will serve not only as an inspiration but also serve its purpose by sharing knowledge based on experience gained over years spent working tirelessly towards excellence within these particular domains.
ACES-JPICE (Association of Civil Engineering Students – Junior Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers) is a student-run organization that unites future civil engineers through academic support, leadership development, and industry exposure. It serves as a platform for students to enhance their technical skills, participate in nationwide JPICE events, and engage in community-building activities, all while promoting excellence, unity, and professionalism in the field of civil engineering.
