I primarily utilize cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) 

and motivational interviewing (MI). 

As a researcher, I stay current with the best evidence to inform my work. 

I take that knowledge and implement it in my practice.

Working with an actor to demonstrate CBT techniques to students.

I pride myself in seeking opportunities beyond my licensure to ensure I am providing the best services to my patients, including:

 -credentialing by the National Register of Health Service Psychologists, and

-specialty board certification from the American Board of Professional Psychology.

I also remain engaged in local practice issues through membership in the Suffolk County Psychological Association (SCPA), where I served as President (2019-2021), and have been actively involved since 2006.
