Welcome to Ace Logistics, a virtual trucking company (“VTC”) operating within TruckersMP, where we connect virtual truckers who share a passion for exploration, convoy events, and community. By joining Ace Logistics and participating in our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“ToS”). Please read these terms carefully.
By applying to Ace Logistics, joining our Discord server, participating in convoys, or using any Ace Logistics-related services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Violation of any terms may lead to suspension, removal, or bans within Ace Logistics.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 14 years old to apply.
Game Requirements: Each applicant must have a minimum of 50 hours combined gameplay in Euro Truck Simulator 2 (ETS2) or American Truck Simulator (ATS).
Conduct Record: All applicants must have no more than 3 active bans within TruckersMP to maintain eligibility.
Users agree to follow Ace Logistics's Code of Conduct, which includes but is not limited to:
Respectful Communication: All members must interact respectfully in Ace Logistic Discord channels, in-game chats, and any community spaces. Discriminatory language, harassment, threats, or other forms of abusive behavior are strictly prohibited.
In-Game Behavior: Members are expected to follow all TruckersMP rules and maintain a safe, respectful driving environment during convoys and public play. Reckless driving, trolling, or intentional disruptions are grounds for disciplinary action.
Representation of Ace Logistics: Members must use the Ace Logistics tag and paintjob during public convoys to represent the VTC, promoting a unified and professional appearance.
Required Membership: All Ace Logistics members must join the official Ace Logistics Discord server to receive updates, convoy announcements, and to communicate with the team.
Prohibited Content: Sharing inappropriate content, including but not limited to, NSFW content, illegal activities, or spamming, is forbidden.
Voice Chat and Conduct: While participating in voice channels, members must be respectful of others, avoid excessive background noise, and refrain from interrupting or using voice-altering software that disrupts communication.

Participation: Ace Logistics regularly hosts virtual convoys and events. Participation is optional but highly encouraged to foster team spirit and improve driving skills.
Convoy Etiquette: During convoys, members are expected to follow convoy leaders’ instructions, maintain a safe following distance, and communicate any issues (e.g., disconnects, roadblocks) with the team.
Tag and Paintjob Compliance: All drivers must use the official Ace Logistics tag and paintjob for any public or Ace Logistics-hosted convoy. Failure to do so may result in removal from the convoy or suspension from future events.
Account Security: Each member is responsible for the security of their gaming and Discord accounts. Ace Logistics will not be responsible for any account compromise or in-game disciplinary actions taken by TruckersMP or related platforms.
Ban Accountability: Members are responsible for any bans received from TruckersMP. Repeated bans or suspensions may lead to removal from Ace Logistics to maintain a safe and compliant community.
Personal Information: Ace Logistics collects only minimal information required for registration and participation in VTC activities, including usernames, gameplay statistics, and Discord IDs. Ace Logistics will not share, sell, or distribute personal information without user consent, except when required by law.
Discord Communications: By joining Ace Logistics Discord server, members consent to communication with other members and the sharing of general gameplay information relevant to the VTC.
Ace Logistics reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via Discord or other official communication channels. Continued participation in Ace Logistics after changes are posted signifies your acceptance of the modified terms.
Voluntary Termination: Members may leave Ace Logistics at any time by notifying a HR Team or HR Manager.
Involuntary Termination: Ace Logistics reserves the right to remove members who violate these Terms of Service, engage in misconduct, or fail to comply with TruckersMP’s terms and rules. Members who are removed may appeal the decision through a formal review process.
Ace Logistics provides a community-based service and does not guarantee any specific gameplay experience, reward, or success within TruckersMP, ETS2, or ATS. Members acknowledge that virtual trucking activities are for entertainment purposes only and that all participation is voluntary.
Ace Logistics is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from gameplay, Discord use, or VTC-related activities. All members assume full responsibility for their actions within the gaming environment.
