Terms & Conditions for Ace Tracker

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Ace Tracker application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices, developed and maintained by Peanut Tools Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Service Provider"). The Application is currently provided as a Free service.

By downloading, installing, or accessing the Application, you automatically accept these terms. Please review them carefully before engaging with our services.

1. STRICT USAGE POLICY & ANTI-SPYING REGULATIONS

By utilizing this Application, you acknowledge and agree to the following non-negotiable rules:

• Allowed Use: The Application is explicitly designed for family safety auditing and parental monitoring.

• Mandatory Consent: You are strictly prohibited from using the Application to track any individual without their express consent. If tracking a device you do not own, you must obtain permission from the owner. Tracking a spouse, partner, or adult without their knowledge is illegal and prohibited.

• Visibility: The Application is designed to operate transparently. You agree not to attempt to hide, mask, or obscure the Application's presence or notifications on any device.

• Violations: Any usage of the Application for unauthorized surveillance, stalking, or harassment constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate access immediately and may cooperate with legal authorities if unlawful activity is suspected.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights associated with the Application—including trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and source code—belong exclusively to the Service Provider. You are prohibited from copying, modifying, or attempting to extract the source code of the Application. Translating the Application into other languages or creating derivative versions without written permission is strictly forbidden.

3. Modifications and Pricing

The Service Provider is committed to the continuous improvement of the Application. Consequently, we reserve the right to modify the Application’s features or introduce fees for services at any time. We guarantee that any future charges will be clearly communicated to you before they are applied.

4. Device Security and Responsibility

To facilitate the Service, the Application processes personal data you provide. It is your sole responsibility to keep your device and access to the Application secure.
Warning against Rooting/Jailbreaking: The Service Provider strongly advises against "rooting" or "jailbreaking" your device (removing restrictions set by the OS manufacturer). Such actions can compromise your phone’s security, expose you to malware, and may cause the Application to malfunction or fail completely.

5. Integration with Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes trusted third-party services which operate under their own Terms and Conditions. Below are links to the agreements of these service providers:

6. Service Reliability and Liability Limitations

• Network Dependency: The Service Provider is not liable if the Application fails to operate fully due to a lack of Wi-Fi, mobile data, or data allowance limits.

• Carrier Costs: By using the App, you accept responsibility for any data charges incurred from your mobile carrier, including roaming fees.

• Battery Drainage: The Application employs background GPS technology to function. This may reduce battery life. The Service Provider is not responsible if your device powers down, rendering you unable to use the Service.

7. Emergency Disclaimer

Ace Tracker is NOT a substitute for emergency services (e.g., 911/112) or public safety officials. The Service Provider cannot guarantee the immediate or successful delivery of SOS alerts or location data, as these features depend on network stability and external factors. Do not rely exclusively on this Application for life-critical situations.

8. Location Data Accuracy

While we strive for precision, the Application relies on GPS and network signals controlled by third parties and hardware limitations. The Service Provider accepts no liability for direct or indirect damages resulting from GPS drift, signal loss, or inaccurate location reporting.

9. Updates and Termination

The Service Provider may release updates to improve the Application. You agree to accept and install these updates to ensure functionality. We also reserve the right to discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, (a) all rights granted to you under these terms will cease; and (b) you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.

Amendments to Terms

Typically, these Terms and Conditions may be updated to reflect changes in our service or legal requirements. We advise you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Application after any changes implies acceptance of the new Terms.
