Peanut Tools Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") has developed the Ace Tracker application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"). This Application is provided as a Free service and is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Location Services (Precise and Background Data)

Essential for Core Features: The primary function of Ace Tracker is to provide real-time location updates of family members and connected devices. Consequently, the Application requires access to precise location data via GPS and network sources.

Foreground Tracking: We collect and display your location data while you are actively navigating or engaging with the Application.
Background Tracking: To ensure your family remains informed of your safety status—including features like real-time movement updates and "Safe Zone" (Geofence) entry/exit alerts—the Application must collect location data even when the Application is running in the background, closed, or not currently in use.
User Control: You retain the right to enable or disable location services via your device settings at any time. However, please note that disabling location permissions will render the tracking features of the Application non-functional.

2. Contact List and Phone Numbers

The Application may request access to your address book or ask for manual phone number entry. This data is utilized strictly for the following purposes:

To seamlessly identify and invite family members to join your private tracking circle.
To expedite the addition of trusted contacts for the Emergency SOS alert system.
Privacy Guarantee: We do not sell, trade, or transfer your contact list to unauthorized third parties.

3. Device Specifications and Usage Logs

To improve app stability and user experience, the Application allows the Service Provider to collect:

Internet Protocol (IP) address of your device.
Device information, including the model, operating system version, and configuration.
Usage statistics, such as pages visited within the Application, time/date of access, and session duration.

From time to time, the Service Provider may use the data provided to send important notifications, required technical notices, or promotional updates. Should you provide personally identifiable information (such as your email address or phone number) for feedback or support, it will be retained in accordance with this policy to assist you.

Third-Party Data Access

We may transmit aggregated and anonymized data to external services to help us analyze usage patterns and improve the Application. The Service Provider may share information with third parties strictly as outlined in this statement.

Opt-Out and Uninstallation

You can halt all information collection by the Application by simply uninstalling it. Please use the standard uninstallation methods available on your mobile device or via the app marketplace. Alternatively, you may retain the app but revoke specific permissions (like Location) within your device settings.

Data Retention

Children's Privacy

The Service Provider does not knowingly market to or solicit data from children under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent.
Given the nature of the App as a family safety tool, usage by a child implies parental monitoring and consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without this consent. If we discover in our database that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without parental supervision, we will delete such information promptly.
