Which stage of the program would it be best to start with?
It depends on stage of life. We will work with you to determine the best place to begin.
What are the first steps to getting started?
In order to get started, just reach out to your advisor! They will get you set up with all of the information you need to begin the program.
I am doing well financially, why should I be in the program?
More knowledge can only be beneficial and financial planning is helpful even if you are doing well.
Is this still a good program for me if I already work with a financial professional?
First off, it is great that you are working with someone! We would still appreciate a meeting for 2 reasons. First, it is important for us to get to know you as we will be working with you eventually in regard to your parent’s estate. Secondly, you might appreciate a second opinion to identify any missed opportunities.
Do the meetings need to be in person? Is remote or teleconference an option?
It is up to you! If you prefer in person, we can make that happen, or Zoom and teleconference are great options too.
What is the cost of the program? How is it paid for?
The Awareness program is complementary, please reach out to your advisor for the cost of the Coaching and Engagement program. Either the parent, child or a combination of both can pay and it can be paid up front or as a monthly or quarterly payment, whatever works for you.
Will financial information be shared between parent and child?
No, that will be confidential. If you don’t want any of your personal information shared, we won’t share it with them.
What is the time commitment for each of the programs?
It is flexible! The Awareness portion is mostly determined by how much you want to put into accessing the resources we provide. The coaching session is typically made up of 3 meetings over the course of a year, and the engagement is flexible depending on the person.
Can you work in a different states/regions?
Yes, we have the flexibility to be able to work in numerous states and regions.
