ACDEV puts Women and youth empowerment through agriculture and Talent development in the centre because, women and youth form the majority of the country's population. And we know that we cannot overcome poverty unless we are able to produce enough for local consumption and for export and empower our talented youth to be creative, our economic structures will still be weak. Until everyone in the society is engaged in economic activity which will earn him/her a reasonable income for a responsibility. When these areas are worked on, there will be higher yield in the sector of agriculture, more business will spring up in the enterprise sector, and when more talents are discovered, it will bring a reduction in unemployment, therefore creating income opportunities and reducing poverty.
