Address healthcare equity by creating originating sites for community access to healthcare in stigma-free environments.
Enhance an inclusive provider network for coordination of care, communication between organizations, and greater awareness of resources for community members.
Support partners in guiding implementation of telehealth in community spaces.

Project Goals
Develop an interactive training tool for suicide risk identifcation, assessment, and risk mitigation.
Develop a free-use online learning module through UW that meets state requirements for suicide prevention training.
Offer two levels of training for (a) case management, (b) licensed professionals.
