Take this self-study course "IMA's RPA Series", which is a package of four (4) individual courses relating to various aspects of robotic process automation. Learn the basic terminology relating to and functionality of RPA, what risks to be aware of and how to mitigate them, the financial and non-financial benefits of automation, and the role you can take in implementing RPA.
