Conference Fee includes access to all technical sessions, invited speakers, lunches, coffee breaks, conference kits and certificates .

Journal Publication fee (Rs. 7000/- or 250 USD) covers the expenses towards Conference registration and paper publication in Journals.

At least one author of an accepted paper is required to register at the full registration rate in order to get their papers published in the conference proceedings/Journals.
If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has to be registered.
The registration doesn't cover accommodation, transportation etc.
Scholars have to produce their institution ID card or bonafide certificate from the Head of the Institution/Department at the time of presentation to avail for the reduction in the registration amount. Part time Research/PhD Scholars can produce a certificate from the Head of the Institution/Department for the same.

If an author has got more than one accepted papers, each paper has also to be registered.

Payment Methods: NEFT/RTGS/ Net transfer /Credit card/Debit card

Paper ID has to be clearly mentioned in the Funds Transfer Application and the receipt has to be mailed to access@adishankara.ac.in with Paper-ID as the subject line.

When the students (UG/PG Students and only Full time Research/PhD Scholars) are coming for the presentation, they have to produce the original Student ID card.
