Access is a two-year global scholarship program supported by the United States Department of State, through the Regional Office for English Programs (RELO), which develops the English language to bright and economically disadvantaged students. , mainly from 13 to 20 years old through extracurricular classes with improvement activities and intensive sessions. The English Access Microscholarship Program, since its inception in 2004, approximately 95,000 students in more than 85 countries have benefited.
Prepare students who have minimal knowledge of English with effective communication and critical thinking skills through meaningful interaction, cooperative learning strategies, and real-life contexts. Also, develop skills that lead to better jobs, educational opportunities and the ability to participate and compete for future exchanges and studies in Mexico or the United States.

Access provides English language classes. Additionally, students acquire leadership skills, computing skills, and carry out community service projects. In Mexico, Access serves underprivileged students ages 13-20 in the public school system. More than 2,000 students in 21 states have participated in Access in Mexico since 2009. Students from Guanajuato State must fulfil the following criteria:
Live in León, Silao, Purísima del Rincón, San Francisco del Rincón, Guanajuato or Romita
15 to 18 years old young male or famale
Study the firs year of High School
Grade point avarege up to 9
Zero English language knowledge
