Warm-Up Activity:
Matches will start by taking the 16 Personalities Test
Click on the link above to launch the 93-question test (DON'T WORRY--It takes around 10 mins to complete)!
When completed, screenshot/take pictures of your results and share them with your Big/Littles.
Read over the results to yourself first, then talk about them with your Big/Little.
Consider: How accurate do you think the results are? What aspects/areas of your results do you agree with most? How are your results similar or different from your Big/Little? How can you leverage your Strengths to make positive impacts on different areas of your life (school/work, family, friend, & community relationships)? What can you learn from your weaknesses that inform how to work through challenges you might encounter in life?
Bigs: If your Little is younger and needs support, only take their test, then on your own time outside of program session, complete your test and share the results with them.
