Hybrid Format
The 7th ACA Conference will take place in a hybrid format. Participants can attend in person at Auditorio Alfonso Quintana, SJ. at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá or join remotely via Zoom. To attend online, please register in advance to receive the connection link:
Plane
If you're arriving in Bogotá via El Dorado International Airport (BOG), you have several options to reach Pontificia Universidad Javeriana:
Public Transit (SITP & TransMilenio): Take the H317 bus from the airport to Portal Eldorado. From there, transfer to the M86 route, which stops near the university at Ak 7 - Cl 40. The total journey takes approximately 1 hour and costs around COP 3,200.
Taxi or Ride-Sharing: A taxi ride from the airport to the university takes about 16–20 minutes, depending on traffic, and costs approximately COP 25,000–30,000.
Shuttle Services: Some shuttle services operate between the airport and various parts of the city. It's advisable to check with your hotel or the airport's information desk for available options.
Bus
Bogotá's TransMilenio and SITP bus systems provide extensive coverage throughout the city, making it convenient to reach the university:
TransMilenio: Several TransMilenio routes stop near Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. Notably, the T13 route stops at Ak 7 - Cl 40, which is adjacent to the university. Buses on this route run frequently, with the first bus arriving around 3:18 AM and the last around 11:43 PM.
SITP Buses: Multiple SITP bus lines, including 56A, 593, 59B, 669, A134, A151, and A809, have stops within walking distance of the university.
