Step-by-Step Booking Procedure
Users to submit the request online.
The registration links are provided on the respective pages of the individual equipment.
Users need to pay the required charges and extra GST (if applicable) before form submission. Without payment, the registration will not proceed.
Users need to upload a single PDF file containing a scanned copy of the booking form duly signed and stamped by his/her supervisor/concerned authority along with the payment receipt.
Upon successful registration, the samples can be deposited either by post or in-person.
