At Acadia, we believe in the power of kindness to create a ripple effect of positivity throughout our community. As part of our Raise Craze Kindness Fundraiser, our students, families, and staff are participating in meaningful acts of service to give back and make a difference.
In 2025, our Acadia family logged over 1450 acts of kindness. Some of the service project we completed include:
Fleece dog ropes and snuffle mats for the Mohawk Humane Society
Paper flowers and places mats for residents at Peregrine Senior Living Center
No-sew blankets for kids in the pediatric department at Albany Med and at Camp Erin through Project Linus
Pocket Hug Hearts for local cancer patients
Decorated Bookmarks for kids at the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Children's Library.
Decorated coffee sleeves for customers at Mocha Lisa’s
Kindness rocks to be placed around town
These projects not only support local organizations but also teach our students the value of compassion and generosity.
Did You Receive One of Our Gifts? If you or your organization were the recipient of one of our Acts of Kindness, we hope it brightened your day! We'd love to see a picture of you enjoying it. Feel free to send it to us at AcadiaPTA@gmail.com or through our Facebook page.
You can help us continue spreading kindness by paying it forward. Consider making a donation to the Acadia PTA to support our ongoing efforts to empower students and give back to our community.
Thank you for being part of our kindness journey! Together, we can make a lasting impact.
