About Ms. Parks
The 2020-21 school marks my 14th year here at Academy. I've never worked anywhere this long in my life. Because why leave the best job EVER? I'm originally from Northern California but was raised in a few locations very unlike Santa Cruz and San Francisco. Although I love Vermont and don't plan to leave, I will always be a Californian who lives in Vermont.

I hold a BA in Art History from UC Santa Cruz and a Masters in Library Information Science from Simmons College. My favorite book is the one I'm reading right now, plus Middlemarch by George Eliot. The book I re- read the most as a child was No Flying in the House by Betsy Brock.
