Silent Auction Basket Details

Basket Requirements by Grade

• PreK–6th Grade: 2 baskets per grade
  Homeroom parents will lead basket coordination for each grade.

• 7th–10th Grade: 4 baskets total
  Parent volunteers needed to lead basket coordination for each grade.

Silent Auction Guidelines

• Minimum Value: Each basket/item must have a minimum value of $100. There is no maximum.

• Submit Your Theme Early:
  Submit your basket theme to Amber Corcoran by January 12 as possible to avoid duplicate themes.

• Presentation & Item List:
  Baskets/containers must be neatly presented and include:

  • A list of all items included

  • Total estimated value

• Online Bidding:
  We are partnering with GiveSmart for online bidding.
  Bidding opens early — please submit baskets/items ahead of time.

Silent Auction Deadline

All baskets and items are due by February 24.

Live Auction Details

Item Requirements

• 5–6 live auction items will be featured.

Live Auction Guidelines

• Minimum Value: Each live auction item must have a minimum value of $1,000. No maximum.

• Presentation & Item List:
  All items must be attractively presented and include:

  • A complete list of included items

  • Total estimated value

• Online Bidding:
  Live auction items will also be hosted on GiveSmart, with early bidding available.
  Please submit items as early as possible.
