Events/gatherings that occurs during off-campus hours (any hours outside of Tues-Thursday from 8:15am-2:45pm) will either be an:

Official ACA Sponsored Event  

Such events will be advertised as ACA events.  The Fall Festival is an example of an ACA event.  At such events parents/guardians are still ENTIRELY responsible to ensure the safety, good behavior, and well-being of their own children.

Unofficial ACA sponsored event  

This includes but is not limited to, any events or gatherings planned by ACA staff members who (though employed by ACA for the current school year) are NOT acting as ACA employees but rather as event coordinators.  During these gatherings:

• The staff member is not getting paid.

• Any work performed for this event is done out of the goodness of their hearts.  

• If you choose to attend, you as a parent/guardian are ENTIRELY responsible to ensure the safety, good behavior, and well-being of your own children.

• This staff member has no responsibility to care for your children nor to provide a certain quality of experience. If you choose to attend, you are also entirely responsible for ensuring you have a quality experience. 

• If you and your children choose to join, we would love that and will presume you are in full agreement of the points mentioned above.
