Disable Vodafone Secure or request a exception for address b.gk.sd from Vodafone.
Currently Vodafone Secure prevents connections to port 6990 which is the port ACE is using in server side.

Disable it for the specific pc

2. Write control panel and click ok
3. Click View network status and tasks
4. Click Change adapter settings
5. Right click correct ethernet adapter
6. Click Properties
7. Untick IPv6

1) Install Wireshark
2) Start Wireshark, set port filter and start capture to your ethernet.
3) Go to address https://b.gk.sd:6990 with your webbrowser
4) You should see something like this.
5) If you see something like this, then it might be your router preventing the connection (ex. Fritzbox parental control)
6) If you don't see anything, then it can be your computer firewall preventing the connection
