Start File Explorer
Right Click Documents
Select Properties
4. Go to Location tab (If location tab doesn't exists, close dialog and go to 6)
5. Check if you Document folder Location contains non-english letters
If it does, select Move and select new folder that only contains english letters
6. Right click Onedrive icon
7. Select OneDrive -> Settings
8. Click Sync and backup tab
9. Click Manage Backup
10. Disable Documents backup
11. Click Save changes if it actives
12. If ACE folder is not created after this, please go to 2.
