Abu Bakr Siddique College at a Glance

Abu Bakr Siddiq (RA) College Shrikund is a distinguished educational institution in North India, located under the auspices of Markazus Salam at-Taleemi, Shrikund, Barharwa, Sahibganj, Jharkhand. It is widely known for being a unique educational establishment within the Jama'at Ahle Hadeeth community, offering a range of educational programs from the elementary level to advanced studies, all structured in accordance with contemporary educational demands.

Founded in 1995, the college's curriculum serves as an exemplary blend of both religious and modern academic disciplines. The religious curriculum is derived from the prestigious Jamiah Islamia Madinah Munawwarah, Saudi Arabia while the modern educational syllabus is based on the government-prescribed NCERT curriculum.

Currently, the institution is staffed by 35 teachers, with 6 employees responsible for overseeing the college's operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and other security matters. This institution stands as a paradise on earth for those in pursuit of knowledge and wisdom, with its lush green surroundings and beautiful buildings providing a tranquil atmosphere. The spacious and well-ventilated residential rooms and classrooms offer a refreshing environment, making it an ideal place for education and learning.

Distinctive Features of the College

Recognition of Certificates

Through the tireless efforts of the administration and teaching staff — especially the Dean of the College, Sheikh Khairul Islam bin Bahrul Haq Madani (Hafizahullah) — the Islamic University of Madinah officially recognized the College’s Fazilat Certificate on 12 December 2021.
Now, students can apply for admission to the Islamic University of Madinah with this degree. Efforts are also ongoing to obtain recognition from other religious and academic universities both in India and abroad.

Arabic Speaking Course

Language and eloquence hold timeless importance — and Arabic, being the language of the Qur’an and Hadith, maintains a sacred connection with Muslims.
To cultivate linguistic proficiency, the College offers an Arabic Speaking Course, from which a large number of students are benefitting.

English Speaking Course

In today’s world, English holds global importance as an international language spoken and written across the globe.
Alhamdulillah, the College provides a well-organized English Speaking Course, and many students are successfully availing themselves of this opportunity.

Department of Journalism

Journalism is a noble and serious art that enables the analysis of religious and social issues and presents solutions in an easily understandable manner.
To polish the students’ journalistic skills in four languages — Arabic, Urdu, Hindi, and English, a wall magazine titled “Nida-e-Siddique” is regularly published.
Students contribute diverse articles and essays to this publication every month.

Computer Department

In the modern age, alongside traditional studies, technical education has become essential for progress.
Realizing this need, the College launched a Computer Training Course in 2019, to help students gain digital skills and secure better livelihood opportunities in the future.

Lajnat al-Thaqafah (Cultural Committee)

Spontaneity and public speaking are valuable arts that enable individuals to communicate their ideas confidently in any setting.
To develop these skills, the Cultural Committee was established in 2017, where students perform dramas, debates, dialogues, and presentations on selected and sensitive topics, along with extempore speeches in Arabic, Urdu, and English.

Anjuman Department (Student Association)

To expand students’ intellectual horizons, refine their language and oratory, and nurture their scholarly abilities, a department named “Nadi al-Siddique” has been established.
Since Khutbah (oratory) is one of the most effective ways to convey the true message of Islam, the department conducts 16 weekly sessions annually — 8 in Arabic and 8 in Urdu.
Teachers preside over these sessions and assess students’ performances based on various criteria.

Magazine “Al-Salam”

The pen plays a vital role in spreading the message of the Qur’an and Sunnah and promoting Islamic teachings in society.
Recognizing this importance, the College launched a quarterly scholarly and literary magazine named “Al-Salam” in 2018, under the leadership of Sheikh Khairul Islam Madani (Hafizahullah).
Alhamdulillah, the magazine continues to be published regularly, featuring scholarly articles, religious essays, and writings on contemporary and sensitive issues.

Tailoring Department

To support students’ economic stability, the College offers Tailoring Training (Tadrib al-Khayatah) classes beyond regular school hours.
Students completing the course receive a sewing machine free of cost, enabling them to earn a livelihood with dignity.

Library and Textbook Distribution

Libraries hold immense importance in educational institutions.
Since its inception, the College established a central library named “Maktabat al-Siddique”, housing a rich collection of books covering various branches of knowledge.
Two full-time librarians manage the library from school hours until after evening prayers (Asr to Isha).
Every student receives textbooks from the library at the beginning of the academic year and must return them after final exams.

News Gallery (Dar al-Akhbar)

To foster a habit of reading and keep students updated with current affairs, the College has established a News Gallery (Dar al-Akhbar), providing access to newspapers, magazines, and journals in multiple languages.
Its management is overseen by the Student Council (Nadwat al-Tullabah).

Orphan Care Department

This is one of the College’s most significant and exemplary welfare divisions.
It provides complete care, education, and moral training for orphan children under the age of 10.
Eligible applicants must submit their father’s death certificate, birth certificate, and Aadhaar card to apply for annual admission and sponsorship.

Al-Shifa Hospital

The Director of Markaz, Janab Aqeel Akhtar Yusuf Makki (Hafizahullah), founded Al-Shifa Hospital in 1992 to provide healthcare facilities.
The hospital offers medical services to students and local residents at nominal fees through experienced and specialist doctors, while orphans receive treatment free of charge.

Department of Hifz al-Qur’an

The Holy Qur’an is the foundation of Islam.
In recognition of its importance, the College offers high-standard Qur’an recitation and memorization (Hifz) programs, led by expert Qurra and Huffaz.
Under their supervision, students devote themselves wholeheartedly to mastering the recitation and memorization of the Qur’an.

کلیہ ابو بکر صدیق رضی اللہ عنہ ایک نظر میں 

کلیہ ابوبکر صدیق رضی اللہ عنہ مرکزالسلام التعلیمی شریکنڈ، برہروا، صاحب گنج، جھارکھنڈ کے زیر اشراف چلنے والا شمالی ہند میں جماعت اہل حدیث کا معروف و مشہور ایک منفرد تعلیمی ادارہ ہے، جس میں ابتدائیہ سے فضیلت تک کی تعلیم کا عصری تقاضوں کے مطابق انتظام ہے۔۱۹۹۵

میں اس کی تاسیس ہوئی، جس کا نصاب تعلیم دینی و عصری علوم کے حسین سنگم کے طور پر ایک مثال بن کر سامنے آیا،  نصاب جامعہ اسلامیہ مدینہ منورہ سے مستفاد ہے جبکہ عصری نصاب حکومتی نصاب تعلیم N.C.E.R.Tسے ماخوذ ہے۔

فی الوقت کلیہ کو ۳۵/اساتذۂ کرام کی خدمات حاصل ہیں جبکہ ۶ ملازمین کلیہ کی دیکھ ریکھ، صفائی ستھرائی اور دیگر حفاظتی امور پر مامور ہیں۔ یہ گلستانِ کتاب وسنت علم ودانش کے متلاشیوں کے لیے ارضی جنت ہے، سبزہ وگل کے درمیان ایستادہ حسین عمارتوں میں ہوادار رہائشی کمرے اور کلاس روم طبیعت کے لیے فرحت بخش 

ہیں جو تعلیم وتعلم کے لیے انتہائی موزوں اور ضروری بھی ہیں۔

اسناد کی منظوری

کلیہ کے ذمہ داران اور اساتذہ کرام خصوصاً عميد الکلیه جناب خیر الاسلام بن بحر الحق مدنی حفظہ اللہ کی کوششوں سے جامعہ اسلامیہ مدینہ منورہ نے کلیہ کی اسناد کو ۲۰۲۱/۱۲/۱۲ء کو منظور کر لیا ہے ، اب طلبہ یہاں کی سند فضیلت سے جامعہ اسلامیہ میں داخلہ کے لیے درخواست داخل کر سکتے ہیں۔ ساتھ ہی ساتھ بیرون ملک اور اندرون ملک دینی و عصری جامعات سے کلیہ کی اسناد کو منظور کرانے کی کوشش جاری ہے۔

عربی اسپیکنگ کورس

زبان و بیان کی اہمیت ہر دور میں مسلم رہی ہے اور عربی تو کلام الہی اور حدیث رسول کی زبان ہے، جس سے مسلمانوں کا روحانی رشتہ ہے۔ اس میں لسانی مہارت پیدا کرنے کے لیے کلیہ کے اندر عربی اسپیکنگ کورس کا سنہری موقع فراہم ہے، طلبہ کثیر تعداد میں اس کو رس سے مستفید ہو رہے ہیں۔

انگلش اسپیکنگ کورس

عصر حاضر میں انگریزی زبان کا جو مقام ہے وہ کسی سے مخفی نہیں ہے، عالمی اور انٹر نیشنل زبان کے طور پر پوری دنیا میں لکھی اور بولی جارہی ہے، الحمد للہ یہاں انگلش اسپیکنگ کورس کا با قاعدہ نظم ہے اور طلبہ بڑی تعداد میں اس کورس سے بھی استفادہ کر رہے ہیں۔

شعبہ صحافت

صحافت ایک سنجیدہ اور عظیم فن ہے، جس کے ذریعہ دینی مسائل کے تجزیہ وتحقیق کے ساتھ ساتھ عوامی مسائل کا آسان فہم انداز میں حل پیش کیا جا سکتا ہے اور جو صنعت کی دنیا میں ایک بہترین ذریعہ معاش بھی ہے۔ چنانچہ صحافت میں طلبہ کی خوابیدہ صلاحیتوں کو چار زندہ زبانوں (عربی، اردو، ہندی اور انگریزی میں نکھارنے کے لیے مجلہ حائطیہ بنام ندائے صدیق“ منظر عام پر لایا جاتا ہے، اس میں طلبہ ہر ماہ مختلف و متنوع مضامین پیش کرتے ہیں۔

شعبہ کمپیوٹر

عصر حاضر میں روایتی تعلیم کے ساتھ تکنیکی تعلیم حاصل کرنا بے حد ضروری ہو گیا ہے۔ اس کے بغیر دنیاوی ترقیاں نا ممکن سی لگ رہی ہیں ۔ اسی چیز کو محسوس کرتے ہوئے کلیہ میں سال ۲۰۱۹ ء سے کمپیوٹر ٹریننگ کورس کا آغاز کیا گیا ہے تا کہ کلیہ کے طلبہ آگے بڑھ سکیں اور انھیں کسب معاش کی راہ میں کسی طرح کی پریشانی کا سامنا نہ ہو۔

لجنة الثقافة

ارتجال اور برجستگی ایک عظیم فن ہے جس کے ذریعہ انسان کبھی بھی اور کہیں بھی اپنی بات سامعین کے سامنے بلاتر ود رکھ سکتا ہے، اس میں مہارت پیدا کرنے کے لیے سال ۲۰۱۷ ء میں لجنة الثقافہ کا قیام عمل میں آیا ، جس میں طلبہ منتخب اور حساس موضوعات پر ڈرامہ، ڈبیٹ، مکالمہ اور مقالہ پیش کرتے ہیں اور مختلف عناوین پر عربی ، اردو اور انگلش زبانوں میں برجستہ تقریر بھی پیش کرتے ہیں۔

شعبه انجمن

طلبہ کلیہ کی فکر ونظر میں وسعت، زبان و بیان کی اصلاح اور ان کی علمی صلاحیت کو پروان چڑھانے کے لیے انجمن نادی الصدیق“ کے نام سے ایک شعبہ قائم کیا گیا ہے، کیوں کہ اسلام کی صحیح تصویر پیش کرنے اور قرآن وحدیث اور منہج سلف کے پیغامات کو عام کرنے میں خطابت ایک مؤثر ذریعہ ہے۔ اس شعبہ کے تحت سال بھر میں ہفتہ واری ۱۶ نشستیں منعقد ہوتی ہیں، ۸ عربی میں اور ۸ / اردو میں ، جن میں اساتذہ کلیہ بحیثیت صدر موجود ہوتے ہیں اور مختلف زاویوں پر نظر رکھنے کے بعد طلبہ کے نمبرات متعین کرتے ہیں۔

مجله السلام

کتاب و سنت کی نشر و اشاعت اور سماج و معاشرے میں اسلامی تعلیمات کے فروغ میں قلم کا رول انتہائی اہم ہے، اسی اہمیت کے پیش نظر ادارہ نے ایک دینی علمی اور ادبی سہ ماہی مجلہ بنام "السلام “ شائع کرنے کا فیصلہ لیا، چنانچہ 2018ء میں عمید الکلیہ شیخ خیر الاسلام مدنی حفظہ اللہ کی انتھک کوششوں سے اس کا اجراء عمل میں آیا اور الحمد للہ مجلہ مقررہ وقت پر پوری پابندی کے ساتھ منظر عام پر لایا جاتا ہے جس پر میں مختلف علمی و دینی مضامین کے ساتھ ساتھ وقت کے سلگتے اور حساس موضوعات کے متعلق تحریریں ہوتی ہیں۔

شعبه خیاطت

کلیہ کے طلبہ کے معاشی استحکام کے لیے تدریب الخیاطہ (سلائی سیکھنے ) کا انتظام ہے، جس میں منتخب طلبہ کو تعلیمی اوقات کے علاوہ دیگر اوقات میں کپڑوں کی کٹائی وسلائی کی ٹریننگ دی جاتی ہے۔ اس کورس کو مکمل کرنے والے خوش نصیب طلبہ کو ایک سلائی مشین مفت میں دی جاتی ہے۔

مکتبہ عامہ اور درسی کتابوں کی فراہمی

دانش گاہوں میں لائبریری کی بڑی اہمیت ہوتی ہے۔ کلیہ کے ذمہ داروں نے شروع ہی سے اسے محسوس کیا، چنانچہ مدرسین اور طلبہ کی علمی پیاس بجھانے کے لیے کلیہ نے " مكتبة الصديق“ کے نام سے ایک مرکزی لائبریری کا قیام کیا ہے۔ جس میں مختلف علوم وفنون کی معتد بہ تعداد میں کتابوں کا ایک بڑا ذخیرہ موجود ہے۔ مکتبہ کو دو مستقل لائبریرین کی خدمات حاصل ہیں جو تعلیمی اوقات کے ساتھ ساتھ عصر سے عشاء تک مکتبہ کھولنے کے مکلف ہیں۔ کلیہ میں ہر طالب علم کو داخلہ منظور ہونے کے بعد لائبریری سے نصاب کی کتا بیں فراہم کی جاتی ہیں، جن کی حفاظت کی ذمہ داری طالب علم پر ہوتی ہے۔ سال کے اختتام پر امتحان کے بعد طالب علم کو کتا ہیں لائبریری میں واپس کرنالازمی ہوتا ہے۔

دار الاخبار

طلبہ کے اندر مطالعہ کا ذوق پیدا کرنے اور دنیاوی حالات سے باخبر رکھنے کے لیے دار الاخبار (News Gallery) قائم کیا گیا ہے جس میں مختلف زبانوں میں کتب، رسائل و جرائد، یومیہ اخبارات وغیرہ فراہم ہیں، اس کا مکمل انتظام ندوۃ الطلبہ کے ذمے ہے۔

شعبه ایتام

یہ کلیہ کا ایک اہم اور بے مثال کفالتی شعبہ ہے جس میں یتیم بچوں کی کفالت اور تعلیم و تربیت کا مناسب انتظام ہے۔ دس (۱۰) برس سے کم عمر کے یتیم بچے اپنے والد کے ڈیتھ سرٹیفکٹ اور اپنے برتھ سرٹیفکٹ اور آدھار کارڈ کے ساتھ پورے سال داخلہ و کفالہ کی درخواست داخل کر سکتے ہیں۔

الشفاء ہاسپیٹل

مدیر مرکز جناب عقیل اختر یوسف مکی حفظہ اللہ نے سب سے پہلے علاج و معالجہ کے لیے ۱۹۹۲ء میں الشفاء ہاسپیٹل کی بنیاد رکھی ۔ یہ اسپتال کفایتی فیس پر ماہر اور اسپیشلسٹ ڈاکٹروں کے ذریعے طلبہ اور علاقہ کے مریضوں کو بہتر طبی خدمات پیش کر رہا ہے۔ ساتھ ہی ساتھ یہاں یتیم بچوں کا مفت میں علاج کیا جاتا ہے۔

شعبه تحفيظ القرآن الكريم

قرآن کریم دین اسلام کی اساس ہے۔ اسی اہمیت کے پیش نظر کلیہ ابو بکر صدیق رضی اللہ عنہ میں قرآن مجید ناظرہ اور حفظ کی تعلیم کا اعلیٰ پیمانے پر انتظام کیا گیا ہے، اس شعبے میں قراءت و تجوید اور حفظ میں اتقان پیدا کرنے کی غرض سے ماہر قراء و حفاظ کی خدمات حاصل ہیں جن کی نگرانی میں طلبہ ہمہ وقت حفظ قرآن میں مشغول ہوتے ہیں، والحمد للہ علی ذلک۔
