Spirituality is the quality of being concerned with the spirit world as opposed to material things. Very few people understand that their surroundings are imbued with spiritual energies and entities. But some people, like yourself, have the ability to tune into these. I’m so happy for you! It’s a rare gift nowadays.
Awakening is a difficult process. Don’t make the situation harder than it already is. Be careful of what you say and do to authorities/your boss. Unless you plan to live on a self-sufficient off grid homestead, you must play by their rules. I know it sucks, but I’m confident that you, as the wise galactic being that you are, will find a way to adjust.
Drugs are no shortcut to enlightenment. The alteration of the chemical compositions in the brain might cause a temporary glimpse of other realms, but only a pure mind can sustain there.
Quiet the background noise by setting your phone in airplane mode. Go for walks in nature. Meditate. (Search for guided meditations on Youtube.) Your mind will keep on chattering by itself for a while, but bear with it. One day it’ll stop and your inner voice becomes completely clear. Actually, it’s not a voice, but a feeling in the stomach. The gut feeling, or intuition, is a powerful tool when it comes to navigate the spiritual realm.
The third eye will not miraculously activate by itself. You must work on it. Begin gently tapping or massaging your forehead between your eyebrows. Focus all your attention to that spot. When you are ready, direct your attention into the skull/brain behind it. Somewhere in there is the third eye. You’ll know it when you find it. Practice on finding and holding that focus. That feeling. Repeat often. After a while you’ll find it without tapping. If this activity is new to you, you might suffer from headaches in the beginning. Don’t worry. It will pass.
Also, be aware that “seeing” with your third eye only gives a neutral view. If you plan on entering the spirit realm this way, I highly suggest to activate your heart too. Same procedure. The heart functions as a compass guiding you to determine whether something is good or bad.
Those who solely go by third eye often suffer from anxiety. Not everything in the spirit world is cute, angelic or fluffy, but that doesn't automatically make it evil. Humans have a way of judging by appearance, so we risk mistaking good for evil and vice versa. Malevolent energies know this and might try to fool you.
You can feel the boundaries of your aura, or energy field. Calm your mind and close your eyes. Start with your hands on your chest and begin to stretch your arms slowly out. You’ll feel a tingling sensation when your fingertips reach the limit. Optimally it should be at an arm's length, with elbows slightly bent. If it’s too close to your body or fill the entire room, you need to adjust it, otherwise it can cause anxiety or drain you. Just imagine it expands/contracts and it will. If you have someone to experiment with, you can do exercises to identify each other's energy fields.
When your hands start shaking and your face turns red, don't give in to bailing out.
Continue like nothing ever happened.
Fake it!
In time, I promise you'll make it!
(No one will catch you pretending unless they are pleiadian or some other telepathic creature. Don't worry. Your secret's safe with us.)
You must retract your energy at the end of the day. Let others hold on to the memory of you, not your chi.
You should use whatever spiritual protection that resonates with you. If you like the idea of wrapping your head in tin foil, do that. In many traditions rituals begin with purifying one's personal energy and casting a circle. This circle doubles as protection against spiritual buggers and as a portal into other realms.
Shielding techniques work great with external energies, but not on traumatic memories, fear and shame. In many cases that’s what people wish to shield from, not actual spiritual buggers.
Pleiadian advice: Know your hauntings. Deal with your emotions.
Offer gifts if you want to befriend a nature spirit. In Norway, we have cairns (mounds of rocks) that are hundreds of years old, where travellers placed rocks to ensure safe passages from the local spirits. Food is a good offering too, but only if you place it directly on the ground. Don’t leave it in plastic cups that litter nature. The food will decompose or be eaten by animals. Some traditions pour milk or liquor on the ground. Fairies like shiny stuff like glass beads, but steel angers (or hurt?) them.
You don’t need to buy expensive crystals from a merchant to be successful in energy work. The most beautiful stones I own aren’t gems bought in a store, but rocks I found on the beach. They were given to me by Mother Earth. Our planet is a giant rock filled with gems. Crystals are literally beneath your feet. Ground yourself to connect with them.
Pyramids are the power tools of spiritual equipment.
“The watery sun” is just a metaphorical way of speaking. Neither the Sun nor the Earth will be flooded with actual water. The element of water is often associated with emotion. Up until now, humanity has been directed by the power of will. We’ve been through millennia of fierce creation and destruction. Things are about to change. We stand on the threshold of an age influenced by compassion. Venn never makes references to astrology, but I guess it can be related to aquarius.
Psychic.
People pay to become psychic, and when they succeed (it’s not that hard), they freak out. What did they expect? Nothing? Once you tap into other realms you light up like beacons. The universe is teeming with all kinds of energy that want to interact. Believe me ;)
You should begin with what interests you the most. There are many techniques. Dowsing, channeling, automatic writing, tarot cards, healing, telepathy, astral travel. If you’re curious about the chakra system, study that. If you want to learn about the connection between cardinal directions and elements, study that. But always listen to your intuition and critical sense. There’s a lot of mumbo jumbo out there. And be aware that if you have a religious background, your friends and family may not support you. Occultism is taboo. You risk being shunned!
Don't make premonitions about the future. Americans only make up about 5% of Earth’s population. In other words; 95% of people think you are wrong.
Scrying is an occult method of receiving messages, visions and guidance using mirrors. Others are pendulums, tarot cards, runes etc. Perhaps you should cover up the mirrors in your bedroom when you sleep to avoid unintentional scrying.
Just because you don't hear voices in your head, doesn’t mean you’ve never had telepathic communication with Pleiadians. Everyone experiences it differently. Hearing voices is usually not it. It’s more like having the solution to a problem suddenly pop up in your mind, or getting a gut feeling about something.
How Pleiadians represent themselves in our dreams and meditations vary. In the beginning, it's about making contact without freaking you out. They read your mind and choose an image that makes you comfortable and lives up to your expectations. In the end it doesn't really matter what they look like. I know this sounds strange, but most of them are just orbs of energy. Pay more attention to their message than their looks.
Very few people remember details from THIS life. Big events and important lessons stick with us, but we soon forget dull everyday moments. Most of life happens on autopilot. We commute to work, buy groceries etc. How many details from this do you remember from last week? Over time everything compresses down to a feeling of content or discomfort, according to how life goes. It’s the same with past lives.
If you want to explore past lives, you should try regression therapy, hypnosis or simply meditate on it. To build a time machine and physically visit yourself is impossible. Noone can predict the future, because the outcome changes according to what we do or don’t do NOW.
We are eternal minds occupying a temporary body. When the body dies, we continue to exist as orbs of energy. This state of existence is universal. You. Me. We are the same. After death, there are no humans or pleiadians, just novice and advanced minds, at different levels of experience and wisdom.
I do remember bits and pieces from past lives. In the beginning I was a Pleiadian in a Pleiadian world. Then my crew and I (and Venn) went to earth. I have been born as human since. My first life was in an ancient polynesian environment. It was turbulent. Then there's a time gap before I had several lives in the late middle ages in Europe. Those times were «annoying», because I was born into poor living conditions and died before reaching adulthood. When I finally managed to grow up, I was hunted down and killed in the witch trials.
Then I have vague memories from the Victorian era, and the ‘50/60s. But the most interesting time is now. We are so lucky to be around and witness humanity ascend.
Have you noticed that when people talk about past lives, many claim to be the same grandeur person, like pharaoh, Jesus or Mary? Do you think they exaggerate, lie or hallucinate, or was pharaoh's soul shattered in thousands of pieces? Why does no one claim to have been a mundane person, living a boring life?
If you want to become a healer, study modern medicine. Many New Age people don’t trust doctors, but no one cures more patients than them. While you’re at it, develop new and more efficient treatments. Dive into fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and other “female-diseases”. Those are suppressed in studies like anything else women related.
(You have no idea how many people, especially with fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue, that ask for Venn’s healing. This is Aina’s standard answer.)
I will forward your request, but I cannot promise you or (fill in name) anything. I don't have the power to command Venn/the Pleiadians. I hope you and (name) don't hold grudges against them if nothing happens. Sometimes it’s just not doable.
I wish you and (name) the best.
Good luck.
Ghost phenomena
Most ghost activities are shenanigans by low frequency entities. They portray your deceased loved ones to feed off your emotional energy. Most human souls cannot sustain in the non-physical realms.
Paranormal stuff has always been an interest of mine (Aina). Once you tap into the spirit world, you light up like a beacon and attract spirits like moths around a light. Because of this, I’ve had lots of experiences. Most encounters are subtle, but I’ve experienced some extreme cases.
I don’t think ALL shadow persons are evil. The black mass is just how our eyes perceive them. Through evolution, culture and religion we’re programmed to fear anything dark and out of the ordinary. Intense fear causes more trauma than most spiritual beings. But for your own safety and wellbeing, do not chase after these things.
Back in the days, I worked at a haunted healthcare facility. One time, I opened a door and walked straight into a black mass in the shape of a person. I thought it was a real person and expected pain from the collision, but it dissolved in front of my eyes.
You know that feeling of being followed? Well…. When the shadow-being realized I could see it, it started to follow me at work. In the beginning I saw it in the corner of my eye. Later, it manifested as a full blown apparition down the hallway. I tried to communicate with it on several occasions. Like: Hello. I see you. Say something. It responded with a disembodied childlike voice. It sounded loud, like it was spoken from a distance, but at the same time soft, like it was whispered directly in my ear. I clearly heard the tone of voice, but I was unable to make out the words.
This shadow-being startled me on numerous occasions, but I wasn't scared. It never caused any real harm. On the contrary! We had this assh*le male nurse who made our shifts sour. After a bullying episode, he retreated to the lounge, but came straight back out screaming. The radio had turned on by itself AND started playing a personally sentimental song to him. He accused me of jinxing. I looked him straight in the eyes and confirmed. I think the shadow-being interfered to give me the upper hand. From that day the bully-nurse believed I had superpowers and never picked on me again.
The shadow-being used to mess with our alarm system. My colleagues freaked out every time we were paged to rooms that didn't exist.
The last time I saw the shadow-being, it manifested as a perfect silhouette of a man with a cowboy hat and cargo pants. His face was black. As in missing. He walked straight towards me, turned 90 degrees and left the building through a blocked off exit, never to be seen again.
It made my graveyard shifts more interesting.
Another thing that made my graveyard shifts interesting was urban exploration. Many hospitals, sanatoriums and asylums have underground tunnels. So did this facility, but the concrete seemed too sturdy to be just shortcuts between buildings. I recognize a military bunker when I see one:) Turns out the healthcare facility’s basement and tunnels were part of a huge(!) bomb shelter. I made my colleague cover my shift and snooped my way in. The Norwegian government built numerous bomb shelters during the cold war (1945-’90s). Many, or most, are decommissioned now. This was obviously not. The power was still on and the lights were controlled by modern sensors. They eerily switched on automatically as I walked down the tunnels.
The thick steel blast doors could easily swing shut. Yes, I did try:) In case of debris blocking the door after an attack, there were tools to lift them off the hinges.
I found the generator room. There were two gigantic machines. If the siege was long and the bunker ran out of fuel, there were handles to manually generate power. The shelter was huge. There would have been enough people to take turns.
The restrooms had rows and rows of stalls with toilets in them. Likewise the showers. I even found a treatment room for people exposed to chemical substances.
My presence was obviously detected, because I was confronted about it. One day a stranger approached me at work and started asking about the bunker. He was dressed as a civilian and communicated in a friendly manner. He wanted to know what I’d seen, but I didn’t tell him anything. Before we parted, he strongly advised me not to go down there again. I told Pleiadian Venn what happened. He did some research and confirmed that I indeed had stumbled across a secret government bunker. Venn is all for disclosure, but this facility is not alien related. He too advised me to let the bomb shelter be. The undercover government guy might not treat me this nice the next time. I took their advice and didn’t return.
I wonder how many of Oslo’s 700.000 inhabitants know about this place?
BTW; Venn didn’t want to dampen my enthusiasm. If I wanted to snoop, he offered me to explore his alien base instead. WHICH I DID.
