Chiropractic adjustment - Adjustments are a natural and non-invasive way of restoring proper range of motion in a joint. Before adjusting, in order to figure out where and how to adjust, Dr. Wigodsky feels for which joint is restricted, as well as the motion that it's restricted in. This might be known as the famous "back crack", however it is simply giving an extra small push in the right direction for a joint to be allowed to move as freely as it should. Dr. Wigodsky explains how the adjustment works in two separate videos, you can view them on YouTube here:

Soft-tissue therapy - Dr. Wigodsky utilizes the majority of his treatment time performing soft-tissue therapy, even more so than adjusting. It relaxes the muscles surrounding the joints, leading to a much smoother adjustment that the body gladly accepts. Sometimes after sufficient soft-tissue therapy, an adjustment may no longer be needed to restore proper joint range of motion and reduce any Musculoskeletal-related pain. Dr. Wigodsky explains in this YouTube video how a chiropractor's treatment isn't limited to the chiropractic adjustment:
Functional Rehab Exercises - Exercises are fantastic at ensuring all of the positive changes provided by the adjustments and soft-tissue therapy (such as restored ranges of motion and newly relaxed muscles) are maintained in the long-term, as well as preventing your body from returning to the same pain-generating or pain-perpetuating patterns and bad habits. Dr. Wigodsky explains in this YouTube video the wide variety of treatment methods chiropractors can provide, as well as the vast amount of knowledge chiropractors acquire in order to graduate:
