Oh Brother!

Mayor Nickels doesn't think we ought to focus on maintenance. To quote him, "we could shift the $500,000 from downtown to fill potholes . . . then we would still have tons of potholes around the city and nothing to show for them." He goes on to say, "Road Repairs will never go away, especially in our climate." I would agree that repairs really won't go away- if you don't do them!
