Bonfire Progressive Discipline: Infractions

This microlearning accompanies my Storyline sample "Moderating Chat- and Post-Based Platforms." It summarizes each level of infraction, and provides sentence stems to help moderators create appropriate moderator messages.

The topic focuses on Bonfire's progressive discipline system. It aids learners in determining the type of infraction they come across as they moderate, how to respond, and when to report and escalate infractions to platform staff.

Learners can access this on the company website and the employee portal. It is also available to download and print, for learners' reference while moderating.

The 4 Fs of Route Assessment

This microlearning accompanies my Rise sample "From Feel to Framework: Consistent Route Grading and Setting." It provides a brief description of each component of route-setting mentioned in the sample, and includes questions learners should ask themselves to determine if a route matches its difficulty.

The topic reviews the route-setting framework and allows learners to self-assess and ensure quality in the routes they set for customers. Learners use this to self-assess and ensure the routes they set meet the correct difficulty grade.
