ABOUT ME:

Abhishek is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, Uttarakhand, India. He is currently working on the design, simulation, and modeling of emerging semiconductor memories. He received his B.E. degree from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET), India, in 2020. In B.E., he received the silver medal for academic excellence (2020) and the tuition fee waiver for All India Rank (AIR)-6 in the SLIET entrance test (SET-III) 2017. He is an AIR-568 holder in the GATE 2020 exam. Besides, he also received the Institute Gold Medal during his Polytechnic Diploma in 2017.

Currently, his area of research focuses on developing a compact model for emerging memory technologies such as ferroelectric, ULTRARAM, etc. In addition, he is also involved in the TCAD simulations for reliability studies such as low-frequency noise, etc.
