Using three 2-liter bottles and duct tape, we created our own ecosystems. For the terrestrial part of our ecosystem, we dug up our own dirt from the schoolyard habitat, planted wheat seeds, alyssum seeds, and grass seed. We found our own bugs and living creatures for the terrestrial part of the ecosystem in the habitat, too.
