LaTeX is a scientific and professional editor and presentation text. It is almost mandatory, especially for mathematical texts.

LaTeX is a computer language, like most languages, works with an editor, a compiler, and a viewer for the output in PDF or other formats.

- Compiler: MikTex for Windows PCs, MacTex for macOS, and the TexLive for Unix
- Editor: There are many free or paid editors, for example (free editors): TexStudio , TexMaker, TeXnicCenter, ...etc.

But for our course we use the TexStudio .

I advise students to install LaTeX on their personal computers so they can follow the lectures and practical sessions.
