While operating as the Depot Supervisor for Zan container Solutions, I directly managed quayside monitoring during empty container loading cycles. My primary objective was to safeguard company assets by ensuring zero erroneous cross-loading or unauthorized vessel boarding, maintaining 100% inventory accuracy for the depot 

Reefer container inspections by checking the internal condition of the container, insulation panels, reefer flooring system, airflow passages, temperature control functionality, cleanliness standards, and the operational condition of the refrigeration unit to ensure the container was suitable for temperature-controlled cargo transportation and storage operations 

I carried out inspection and operational checking of reefer machinery components including controller systems, electrical wiring connections, humidity sensors, temperature monitoring systems, display panels, alarm systems, and overall reefer unit functionality as part of Pre-Trip Inspection (PTI) procedures to verify equipment performance, operational reliability, and readiness before container dispatch and cargo handling activities 

As a Depot Supervisor at Sales Container Company, I conducted detailed inspection of dry containers by examining the overall structural condition of the container including side panels, roof condition, flooring integrity, door locking system, cleanliness status, signs of corrosion, holes, leakage indications, and overall cargo worthiness to ensure containers met operational and loading standards before release for cargo operations 

During the strategic expansion of the Zanzibar International Airport, critical infrastructural and heavy modular components had to be offloaded, positioned, and assembled. This phase required precise execution to maintain airport operational continuity and meet strict project timelines 

A crucial marine structural component was successfully lifted and integrated onto a transport vessel at Tumbatu Port. I played an integral role in this complex operation, coordinating with engineering, rigging, and vessel crews. 

During the project, the Ministry of Infrastructure in collaboration with Beijing Construction Engineering Group successfully delivered a boat to Tumbatu Village. This was one of the major logistics achievements for Zanzibar Island at that time.

Pressure vessel lifting operation for the EACOP project at AMI ICD, executed with Superstar Freight Forwarder transport supervisor and certified heavy lift team under General Cargo, Heavy Lift, and OOG supervision 

Coordinated the securing and inspection of cargo loaded onto flat rack containers, ensuring compliance with heavy-lift transport and lashing standards. 

Pre-lifting coordination meeting involving safety briefing, lifting procedures review, and operational planning before heavy lift cargo operations 

Genset generators loading and handling operation at DP World terminal, involving inspection, lifting coordination, and dispatch supervision under port cargo operations 

Genset accessories boxes loading and securing onto truck for dispatch, ensuring safe handling, inspection, and proper cargo arrangement during transport preparation 

Successfully managed the reception and systematic stacking of FBE pipes at the project's buffer yard. The operation focused on precise alignment, proper dunnage usage, and strict quality control to preserve the integrity of the pipe coating.  

More than 300 boxes were sorted according to their respective generator units. Each generator had a designated location, and loading was strictly organized based on that structure. No random loading was allowed; only boxes belonging to the same generator type and location were loaded together into the vehicle, ensuring proper matching, accuracy, and operational control. 

HV cable drums loading and handling operation conducted at AMI ICD, involving inspection, safe lifting, and coordination during cargo movement and truck loading for dispatch. The operation ensured proper handling of heavy electrical cable drums in compliance with port safety procedures.

Ship-to-truck direct loading operation of FBE pipes, involving vessel discharge, inspection, and controlled lifting directly onto trucks under port handling procedures. 

Managed the customs clearance and consolidation of multiple small airport shipments at Swiss Port, followed by efficient loading onto transit trucks bound for various project areas.

Supervised and executed the precise loading of firefighting components onto transport trucks, ensuring strict adherence to all safety protocols and cargo-securing procedures 

Unsealed and inspected a container of firefighting components, strictly adhering to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) to verify cargo integrity and ensure compliance 

Successfully executed the standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling damaged Cargo. The process involved rigorous verification, safety inspections, and controlled lifting to ensure that the contents were secured and the incident was professionally documented.
