Property classes
Class A: The most expensive, luxurious, and pristine properties, with the least maintenance and issues. Class A properties are considered higher-quality and present lower risk.
Class B: Properties that are functional but don't have the frills of Class A or the downsides of Class C.
Class C: Properties that are lower-quality and present higher risk.
Class D: The most inexpensive properties, with the most maintenance and issues.
Factors that determine a property's class include:
Location: Whether the property is close to schools, parks, jobs, and stores
Age: How old the property is
Condition: The overall condition of the property
Affordability: How much the investor can afford to invest
Amenities: The neighborhood the property is in
