This is NOT a narcissistic post. Or at least it isn't meant to be. I just believe we have a better chance of doing business together if I am honest about who I am.
Like many Americans, when coming up on retirement I had no real clue "what is next" so I started studying all kinds of things. Hobbies, were short lived. I bore easily and boredom is my nemesis. So my challenge was to find something I could do long term, even if my health declines (hopefully many, many years away).
When I learned about investing in real estate notes, that was it! Something I can do from home, takes little to no physical effort, works with numbers and statistics (a touch of the old job) and can keep me engaged and excited.
So joined a nationwide group of Christian investors, took a training to become a "Certified Mortgage Note Investor' and started learning from the best. Then I began applying those ethical principals in my own business.
I was a little concerned with the phrase "I'll beat any competitive offer" but then I realized, I am not trying to become the world's richest guy, just add some spending money while doing something I enjoy. So, I really can be super competitive.
If you are interested in a conversation about how I might help you achieve your goals with real estate investing, or you have a note you want to consider selling, or just want to talk, contact me and we'll see if there is something we can do together!
Be blessed, be a blessing!
