littleBits are simple to use electronic building blocks that easily snap together to create animated structures or prototypes. Students use block coding language to script their creations. littleBits can be used to build and code games or creations to engage kids in computational thinking while they gain 21st century skills such as creativity, problem solving and collaboration.
The ABC CREATE Resource Library has the following available for borrowing:
One classroom set of 10 Code kits. One kit serves 2-3 students; therefore one classroom set serves 20-30 students.
One classroom set of 10 STEAM kits. One kit serves 2-3 students; therefore one classroom set serves 20-30 students.

The next step will be an email a day or two before your agreed upon pick-up that will let you know that the technologies are ready for you to come pick them up from the Computer Center at Penn State New Kensington. If you have not received this “Ready for Pick-Up” email, please email Colleen at cms64@psu.edu before coming to campus.
