Of all the errors this one if probably the easiest to fix. This error is usually caused when the class code is changed or other important data is edited.

To fix the problem ->

1. On the Student's device go to the Game Options section Menu > Game Options

2. Select "Change Name"

3. Enter a new name for the student

This should reset the student's name in the class and fix the error. If it doesn't contact app support through the app.

This error is much harder to fix, it is usually caused after an update where your online data is lost or corrupted.

Unfortunately the only way to fix this problem is through contacting app support.

Of all the errors, this one if going to be the most frustrating to fix, sorry!

To attempt to fix the problem ->

1. Check your network connection: make sure you have a stable connection to the internet.

2. If using Education Mode, make sure a user is selected.

3. Close the app and re-open it to check if there is a maintenance break.

Do NOT sign out or delete the app, you may loose scoring data

If none of this works, a complicated issue is afoot, please contact app support through the app.
