I am an out-of-network provider. Our practice provides all invoices in the form of superbills,  which means the invoices provide all the information you will need to submit a reimbursement request to your insurance provider.

Please check with your insurance company about your out-of-network benefits and ask about any forms that may be needed prior to beginning services.

Please note that if you submit to your health insurance for benefits that a mental health diagnosis must be provided. This will be discussed in the first session!

• Therapy intake: 90791

• Individual psychotherapy session: 90834 (45 mins)

• Individual psychotherapy session: 90837 (60 mins)

• Family or couples psychotherapy session: 90847

• Psychotherapy session without identified patient, such as a parent session without the child present when the identified patient is a child: 90846

Currently I only offer virtual sessions via HIPAA-compliant Zoom to clients residing in Virginia.

All sessions must be cancelled with at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged the full rate for the session.
