I have other interests apart from academic pursuits.

Following are some of these interests I have pursued in addition to research & academics:

• I am a classically trained vocalist in Indian (Hindustani) Classical Music from Prayag Sangit Samiti, Allahabad, India. I earned my Diploma in Indian Classical Music in 2001 (Theory & Practical Exams).

• I have authored a fiction novel "From The Darkness" published by Tara India Inc. I am represented by Red Ink Literary Agency.  The book is available in India & overseas through Amazon & FlipKart.  Reviews for the novel have appeared on Hindustan Times, one of India's largest dailies - Link
