According to the United States Environmental Protection Agency, in 2017, nearly 79 million tons of pollution were emitted into the atmosphere in the United States.

An important information that I noticed was that the level of air quality difference of Cook County during 2010 and 2018. I am from Cook County so I wanted to see the air quality of my county and I noticed that there was a significant increase in the quality of air, "good" increase quite a lot since 2010 but there was also a slight increase in the "unhealthy" level.
