Findings from the plot graphs:

For our first finding, we found that gas cost in June spiked up closer to 2010 and this could be due to recession time. Soon after that, the gas cost went down and has been consistent with the trend, it hasn't increased or decreased significantly.

For our second finding, we used energy consumption graph. We found that there was a significant increase during the early 2000s as opposed to the other graph. There was a gradual decline in the mid 2000s but it decreased immensely after the midd 2000s and picked up tis pace after 2010 even though it was very slow pace. This could be also due to the creation and invention of energy efficient appliances.
