Our dentist will perform a complete oral examination then discuss any treatment you may need for a complete understanding. teeth cleaning and x-rays may performed during your first visit.
Depending on the condition of your teeth and gums we might be schedule for a follow-up visit. Allow 90-120 minutes on your first.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your schedule appointment. This will allow us to finish any paperwork and stay on schedule with your appointment.

What To Bring

Please bring the following items with you to your first appointment:

• Dental insurance card

• Identification such as Drivers License, military ID or State ID

• Patient Health History Form

• Patient Treatment and Financial Policy
